Employment Tribunal representation
We can represent you at every stage of the Tribunal process or at any stage you may choose. For example if you require representation for the Hearing only we can arrange for one of our advocates to attend the Tribunal for a fixed fee. We shall also provide you with the most cost effective option prior to any Tribunal using our links with specialist employment barristers throughout the country.
Free business health check
Our Employment Law Health Check seeks to highlight any areas of your staff contracts and employment policies and procedures which require updating to comply with current legislation. We are willing to come to your premises and meet you and also discuss any other employment law queries you may have.
Fixed fee arrangements
We can offer fixed fees for drafting contracts of employment, service agreements, staff handbooks, policies and procedures, restrictive covenants and any other employment law related documents.
We can also offer fixed fees for most Employment Tribunal claims in addition to our HR telephone advisory service and training courses for your staff.
HR support – on and off site
We offer an HR advisory service over the telephone for either a fixed fee monthly retainer or a pay as you use us basis.
We can also offer on site support for disciplinary and grievance investigations or hearings or any other HR related matter.
Training – on and off site
We can provide training for a fixed fee for your staff on any area of employment law either at our offices or your premises.
Legal expenses insurance
We can conduct claims on your behalf if you have the right to choose your representatives. We can also conduct claims if you wish to change your appointed representative as you have the right to choose who you appoint as your legal representatives.
